Injury News: Piqué Could Start vs Valencia

Gerard Piqué hurt his knee in the 1-1 draw between Espanyol vs FC Barcelona, but he could still be fit enough to start against Valencia in the Copa del Rey 2nd leg semifinal.
The player completed training today normally. He looked in good spirits and was capable of running, playing the ball, and jumping.
Ernesto Valverde has not ruled out starting him in the match, and has included him in the matchday squad.
With Thomas Vermaelen injured, the only other centerback option to partner Samuel Umtiti is Yerry Mina who is yet to play for Barcelona.
However, with the Uefa Champions League tie against Chelsea coming up, Piqué could be rested to make sure he is totally ready for the 1st leg.
Left-back Lucas Digne who suffered an injury to his finger, also trained normally. He is also an option to play centerback.
